What this Privacy Policy Covers
This privacy policy covers Source Point Training’s treatment of the personal information that we collect when you are on our websites. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Source Point Training does not own or control or to people that Source Point Training does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
Source Point Training collects and maintains personal information that you provide us when you subscribe to the mailing list, when you register for a program, event or contest, when you download PDFs or other materials and when you otherwise engage with Source Point Training and/or Source Point Training representatives online or in person. When you sign-up with Source Point Training, we may ask for your name, mailing address, zip code, telephone number and email address. When you register for a program or event, we may also ask for a credit card number. Once you register with Source Point Training, you are not anonymous to us. Source Point Training may use your personal information for three general purposes: to fulfill your requests for certain products, services and information, to respond to your inquiries and to contact you about new programs, products and services from Source Point Training and selected other similar companies.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Source Point Training will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We may need to disclose your personal information as required or permitted by law i.e., to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process.
Unsubscribing from E-mail
You have the ability to opt-out of group e-mail broadcasts by using the designated links usually in the footer of the email. Source Point Training takes every precaution to protect your information from unauthorized use. When you submit sensitive information via our website, the information is protected both online and offline. When our registration form asks for a credit card number, or other sensitive information, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL.

Source Point Training may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
