Fundamentals and Mastery of Performance Coaching
Fundamentals and Mastery of Performance Coaching is an in-depth, nine-month Certified Professional Performance Coach certification training delivered in five 3-day modules at our training location in Tempe Arizona. Our course provides revolutionary coach training that delivers more effective results and coaching success than any other coach training. Based on the vision, purpose and values of Source Point Training, it has cutting-edge curriculum and rigorous training technology that assures deeper levels of personal learning and expansive skill development. Our trainings provide a high-level of experiential learning that includes interactivity, practice and facilitation with feedback and modeling by master facilitators, coaches and instructors. This real-time practice was developed to create a learning environment that is based in high values and a commitment to results, connecting Coaches with Mastery.
As a coach, you will be equipped with the tools and skills that enhance the quality of your client’s lives and assist them in creating revolutionary change in their lives. Fundamentals and Mastery of Performance Coaching is ICF approved for 141 CCE units.
The Fundamentals of Coaching is delivered in the first 3 training modules where you will learn to:
Acquire the skills to successfully establish trust and rapport with clients and understand the importance of creating authentic client relationships to coach most powerfully.
Coach your clients to use the 3Ps planning model to develop well formed outcomes together in order to achieve what the client wants in their life both personally and professionally.
Coach clients to be in ownership and accountable for all of their results while empowering them to apply what they learn from the coaching process to make choices that supports what they want.
Shift your way of being as a coach with clients when barriers to performance occur and to intervene powerfully to increase self awareness so clients have the ability to ‘course correct’ and move toward their goals.
Develop performative communications skills and active listening to unlock deeper self-awareness.
As you move into Mastery of Performance Coaching and the last two training modules, you will experience how performance, “results-based” coaching evokes action, energy and commitment.
You will learn to set up contracts, market using all of the newest technology and have support from coaches who have successfully built a business or integrated coaching in other ways and know what it takes to sustain client relationships, gain referrals, earn a steady income and become known as a professional in the coaching industry.
You will develop more effective coaching skills and receive real time feedback on coaching competencies required to become a successful CPPC.
Apply Neuro Linguistic Program technology to enhance your communication with clients.
Obtain an Emergenetics Profile Assessment tool to be used with clients to better understand thinking and behavior preferences.
Engage in prolonged client relationships using the principles, tools and skills of a coach’s ‘tool kit’.
Identify your client niche and build a platform to launch/catapult your professional coaching practice in any area they want to work.
Achieve designation as a Certified Professional Performance Coach (CPPC) recognized by ICF having fulfilled all educational requirements and coaching hours.

Dedicated Faculty team and resources –
Each three-day (Friday-Sunday) training weekend is designed to build on increasing your ability to be a coach for others. These high impact weekends are delivered by a Master Coach and Senior Faculty and Experienced Mentor Coaches with lectures, hands-on practice sessions, Video work to allow you to see and hear modeling of effective coaching. You will experience how performance “results-based” coaching evokes action, energy and commitment.
You will receive a complete comprehensive workbook for each module— with templates — to use as you practice and coach clients. You will continue to work with “buddy partners” between weekends to practice and share the learning of the skills of a Performance Coach and have extended learning session through webinars and group calls sharing learning experiences.
