Fagan and Dozier Launch Source Point Training
Barbara Fagan and Lou Dozier have announced the launch of Source Point Training, a personal and professional development company offering programs and workshops in life and leadership skills, facilitation, relationship coaching and fundamentals of coaching.
“We are very passionate about helping individuals and organizations create positive change,” says Barbara Fagan, co-founder. “And after many years of working together in other venues, we decided to join forces to create our own company,” added Lou Dozier, co-founder. Fagan and Dozier have been co-creating and facilitating leadership, relationship and coach training since 1987 when they first worked together.
Most recently, the co-founders worked with Resource Realizations where Fagan served as President for six years, following five years as Director of The Resource Academy. Dozier facilitated personal growth seminars and worked with families with teens-at-risk, as well as relationship coaching and facilitator training programs for The Resource Academy, a division of Resource Realizations.
Source Point Training will offer their first program, Leadership Source, in Sacramento, California, in March 2010. “We are very excited about the synergy and energy that Lou and I will create together,” says Fagan. “We intend to continue to teach the International Coach Federation core competencies in our new programs, and raise the bar on transformational leadership and coaching fundamentals.”
