When Lou Dozier trains, people change. She sees people’s possibilities rather than their natural tendency to argue for their limitations. She is relentless, while incorporating heart and soul to help individuals learn and experience all they can to catapult their lives. Lou believes that when human beings become aware of the attitudes, assumptions, and beliefs that drive their choices, they have fresh tools to transform their lives. That is why she decided to co-found Source Point Training.
Lou has over 25 years experience as a facilitator, working with individuals and groups internationally. Through her guidance, people have experienced significant breakthroughs and life-changing experiences including better relationships, change in lifestyles, increased communication, and higher levels of commitment and goal attainment.
Lou began impacting lives while living in Germany. She was instrumental in working with a German adoption agency to ensure that American babies were adopted by American families. Upon returning to the United States, she became a Clinical Director of a chemical dependency recovery hospital and taught in the Family Services Division at California State University, Sacramento. She was also in private practice.
Lou has a BA in Social Work, MA in Counseling Psychology, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and is a Certified Relationship Specialist.
