About Barbara

Barbara Fagan is committed to taking a strong stand for positive change with the people and organizations she works with. She believes in the potential of every human being and that we are all capable of creating what we want in life. She has been known for her professional integrity and her quick and witty “zaps of truth,” which her clients tell her can move mountains of resistance.

Since 1987, she has been coaching organizations in their strategic direction and through change initiatives, as well as individuals facing life-changing situations. Barbara continues to learn about change with every client. By 2003, she had spent over 20,000 hours coaching individuals and organizations. She then decided to develop the Certified Professional Coach Curriculum and began to train and certify professional coaches. Since then, she has continued to deliver this program and the leadership training throughout the United States, Mexico, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Greater China. Source Point Training programs are accredited to the highest level, with both the International Association for Coaching headquartered in London and the International Coach Federation (ICF) in the United States.
